| Create multiple price lists to cater to every need |
 To offer different products and/or different prices, you are able to create multiple price lists through both the collagesDesktop software and the Admin Area. Multiple price lists are helpful in offering special products and discounts.
If you are using collagesDesktop software, you can create multiple price lists by following the below instructions:
1. Select Price Lists at the top.
2. Click New Price List in the top left.
3. You will be prompted to enter the price list name and a message. To differentiate the lists, you can name them by event type i.e. Portrait Pricing, Wedding Pricing, Special Event Pricing etc.
4. Select Next, and you will be able to choose the products and prices for this list.
If you are using our FTP tool to upload, you can create multiple price lists by following the below instructions:
1. Log in to your Admin Area.
2. Select the Green Account Manager.
3. Select My Pricing.
4. Click Add New Price List, next to My Pricing.
5. You will then be prompted to enter a price list name. To differentiate the lists, you can name them by event type i.e. Portrait Pricing, Wedding Pricing, Special Event Pricing etc.
6. Last, you will be prompted to enter your product names and prices. |
