| New Home Tab and Order Tracking |
Home Tab
One of the most exciting new features in your Administrative Area is product order tracking. In your Administrative Area, click on your Products and Prints tab, then click Order Tracking. In this area, you can view the status of every album, book, card, design, or print order you place with Collages.net.
The new Home tab was designed to save your studio time by providing easy access to the tools and information you use on a daily basis. On the Home tab, Collages.net features quick links to your most used areas: an interactive To Do List, easy access to our latest video tutorials, weekly tips that help your studio stay ahead of the curve, and more.
In the Quick Links box, you will find links to the tools you use most often. Upload an event, order a product, access your account reports and receipts, and enter our support center right from your home screen. The interactive To Do List keeps you up-to-date on your Collages.net account. Find important account reminders and notifications including site expiration notifications, order statuses, event statuses, and account information. You can click on each button for your account’s reminders and notifications.
Watch one of our video tutorials under the Videos section to learn how to create a new event price list or how to upload an event using Site Builder. There are more videos to come, so stay tuned.
