Did you know you can view a client’s favorites folders right in collagesDesktop™?
Instead of logging in to the event site using your client's e-mail address, you can view your client's folders easily and directly through collagesDesktop™. When you create a client password, your client can log in to their event site using this password, create a new folder under the "Favorites" tab, and place their favorite images in this folder. The next time you log in to collagesDesktop™, the folders will populate right under the categories you created for the event!
You can create a client password in collagesDesktop™ by following these five easy steps:
1. Click on the “Edit Event Info" button.
2. Click on the “Website Log-In” tab.
3. Check the box next to the "Use Custom Password" option.
4. Enter a sequence of letters and/or numbers that will act as a suffix to your photographer code.
5. Click Finish.
Client passwords should only be used by one or two clients (for example, the bride and groom of a wedding site) and are used only for this feature. All other guests will log in to the site using the typical event password, which is your photographer code.
