Collages.net offers two methods of payment – account credit and direct deposit. Account credit works like Collages.net store credit; you can purchase any Collages.net product or service with money you have earned from reprint orders. Direct deposit transfers your reprint earnings directly into your bank account.
When you sign up for a Collages.net account, your default payment preference is account credit. If you are using account credit, the funds will be available to you immediately. You can view your available account credit by accessing the reprint center in your Event Manager in the Admin Area.
If you would like to choose direct deposit as your payment preference, you will need to set up your direct deposit account. To sign up, follow these steps:

In your online Admin Area, click on the Account Manager tab and then on the Direct Deposit Sign-Up button. |

Choose your bank account type, enter your account and routing numbers, and click the Submit button. |

Once you enter your bank account information, we will place a small amount of money in your bank account (typically, between $.01 and $.25) and will notify you of this transaction. |

When you receive an e-mail from Customer Service letting you know that the test deposit has been placed in your account, locate the amount in your bank records. |

Log back in to your Admin Area, click on the Account Manager tab, and then click on the Verify Test Deposit button. |

Enter the test deposit amount, and if it is correct, you will be ready to receive payments from Collages.net. |
In order to receive payments, you need to update the status of each reprint order to either shipped or completed. The fulfillment status can be updated by going into your reprint center located in the Event Manager tab of your Admin Area. Direct deposit takes place each Friday that you have reprints to be deposited (i.e. if you change the status Tuesday, 6/6, you will receive it Friday, 6/16).
