| Tech Tip - Associate Your Price List in ROES |
 Are you familiar with our ROES ordering system? Before you place an order through this system, you will need to associate the products from your event site price lists to the products offered by our collagesColor lab. After you complete this for all current pricelists you will be ready to order all reprint orders through collagesColor in just three clicks!
After downloading the ROES program, locate the Sizes button in the lower left corner of the program. Click on the Sizes button and then on Show Sizes Palette. This will open a small screen. Ensure that you select the correct catalog, either color corrected on non-color corrected depending on your preference. Next, click on the Collages.net button in the lower right corner of the program. This will open up a new screen where you will need to enter your photographer code and password. After doing this, click the Get Orders button. This will pull in your current orders and pricelists. To continue associating your pricelist click on the Price Lists tab. You can select your desired Collages.net price list to begin associating your pricelists to our products. Find the size listed under the fist question mark and then return to the Sizes Palette to locate this item. Simply drag the product from the size palette and drop the product on top of the question mark icon. The question mark will be replaced with a white box. Make sure that all of your question marks are covered with Collages.net products. Once you complete this process, you can begin fulfilling reprint orders in just a few clicks!
