What is Collages.net’s Annual Holiday Re-launch? To help increase your print sales, generate 2010 referrals, and to say thank you, Collages.net reactivates event sites uploaded during the past year. When we do, we will e-mail all of your clients, reminding them that photographs make great gifts during the holiday season. Collages.net’s Annual Holiday Re-launch continues to be a great success, providing opportunities for your customers to purchase great gifts and for photographers to boost their end of year sales.
Do I qualify for Collages.net’s free Holiday Re-launch program? This program is for all active Collages.net photographers. We define an active customer as a studio who has uploaded at least three events in 2009 with the last upload date being June 1, 2009 or later. If you are unsure if you qualify for the holiday re-launch, please contact customer service at www.collages.net/chat.
How does Collages.net alert my site viewers about the holiday re-launch? Between October 1, 2009 and November 30, 2009, Collages.net will send three e-mails on your behalf to alert previous site viewers that the site is live again and photographs make great holiday gifts.
Your studio has three options for Holiday Re-launch participation.
- Re-launch all events
- Re-launch specific events
- Do not re-launch any events
Here's how it works: To set your re-launch preference, log in to your Administrative Area, click on the Event Manager tab, and click Holiday Re-launch in the top right. On this screen, follow the directions below to set your preference.

1. Re-launch all events. If you would like all of your events uploaded between September 1, 2008 and August 31, 2009 to be re-launched, log in to your Administrative Area, click on the Event Manager tab. Click on Holiday Re-launch in the top right. When you view the Holiday Re-launch screen, confirm that all of your events are checked to be included in this program.
2. Re-launch specific events. If you have specific clients who would prefer not to view their sites again, you can remove individual sites from the re-launch program. Log in to your Administrative Area, click on the Event Manager tab. Click on Holiday Re-launch in the top right. Uncheck the box next to any event you do not want to re-launch and then click save. Review all of your events and ensure that any event that you do not want to re-launch does not have a checked box next to it.
3. Do not re-launch my events. If you would prefer not to be part of this free promotion, log in to your Administrative Area and check the box – Opt me out of the holiday re-launch. By checking this box, you will see the check mark next to each event disappear. |
