File Preparation

Before uploading your album spreads, please read through our file preparation guide. Following these steps will ensure a simple, smooth process.

1. Uploading spreads - All images for albums should be uploaded as spreads, not as individual pages. Guest books should be uploaded as single sides; please only upload the left side. Not following these instructions will result in higher costs and delays in the production process.
2. Naming your files - Please name your files in alphanumeric order.
3. Formatting your files – All spreads should be flattened and supplied in JPEG format as a level 10 or higher.
4. Locating your images – Please do not place images in subfolders. To ensure a proper upload, files must be placed in one folder. If files are placed in subfolders, they will not be included in your album.
5. Rotating your files – Please make sure that all of your album files are rotated properly. Files are printed as they are received and are not reviewed for orientation.
