Upload Guide

What happens if my upload is stopped before it is finished?
If your upload is stopped before it is finished, you will be able to resume your upload. Simply log in to the album ordering system, and select Finish Uploading Order(s), located on the left side. From there, select your desired album name, and click Resume. Please acknowledge the disclaimer at the bottom of the page, and then select Upload.

How do I know when my upload is complete?
The status bar will read Upload Complete, and you will receive a confirmation e-mail from Collages.net.

What should I do if my status bar is not moving?
If your status bar is not moving, please consider the size of your album template files. If you have not resized your files, your upload will take longer.

What should I do if I get a message about Java security?
When opening our order form, you will be prompted to verify the Java Upload Tool - please select Run.
