Upload: After shooting an event or portrait session, Collages.net photographers use Site Builder, the latest upload tool from Collages.net, to upload their images to an online, customizable event site. This innovative tool functions on both Mac and PC computers. |

Organize: Once images are uploaded, the photographer will receive an e-mail notification from Collages.net notifying them that their images are ready to be sorted, rotated, and reviewed in the image organizer. During this step, the photographer is also able to personalize the appearance of the event site. |

Release Event: Once the event has been approved by the photographer, clients and guests are notified that the site is active by an e-mail from Collages.net. Another e-mail is sent after the site has been live for 30 days, and a final e-mail is sent ten days before the event site expires. Collages.net’s most successful photographers collect an average of 75 e-mails per event. Photographers enter these e-mails in the event’s workflow or fax them to Collages.net, where they will be entered with no additional charge. The more e-mail addresses collected, the larger the viewing audience to purchase images from the event site. |
