What are my options for fulfilling orders with collagesColor™?
As a professional photographer using Collages.net, you have the flexibility of choosing to upload and fulfill orders either manually through our Express Workflow or automatically through our Full Service Workflow. Express Workflow gives you complete control in creating and editing your orders. Full Service Workflow leaves all the work to us as we automatically fulfill all of your online reprint orders.

What is the difference between manual fulfillment and automatic fulfillment?
With Full Service Workflow’s automatic fulfillment, reprint orders placed on your Collages.net event sites are automatically sent to collagesColor™. With Express Workflow’s manual fulfillment, you are able to manually fulfill your orders through collagesColor™ with just a few clicks.

What products does collagesColor™ offer?
Our professional color lab offers photographers a high-quality, innovative product line. We offer proofs, artistic proofs, final prints, large scale prints, metallic prints, and event cards.

In addition to our collagesColor™ lab products, we also offer gallery wraps, albums, high-end cards, and press printed books. To learn more about these products, visit www.collages.net/products.

What does manual fulfillment entail?
To manually fulfill your reprint orders, you simply open the collagesColor™ print center in collagesDesktop™ and select your web reprint orders to fulfill. Our software finds the images on your computer, and then you upload them to collagesColor™ with the click of a button.

How do my reprint orders populate in collagesColor™?
collagesDesktop™, collagesColor™, and our consumer websites are fully integrated. If you create an online event using our Full Service Workflow, any reprint orders placed on the site go directly to collagesColor™ photo lab at the time the customer places the order. If you have chosen to upload through our Express Workflow option, the orders will populate in your collagesColor™ print center for manual fulfillment.

Do I set my own prices? Do I decide which products I offer?
Yes. With collagesDesktop™ + collagesColor™, you are in control of the prices and products you offer on your event websites.

Do you offer color correction services?
collagesColor™ does offer professional photographers the option of having their images color corrected. However, if you would prefer to color correct your images, you can choose our non-color corrected option.

In addition to color correction, what other services does your lab offer?
Our professional color lab offers a variety of surfaces, tones, finishes, textures, and mounts. Our surfaces are traditional and metallic, both printed on Kodak ENDURA professional paper, and our tones include black and white and sepia. Our finishes include matte, semi-lustre, diamond gloss, and texture spray. Our textures include linen, pebble, and brush stroke. Our mounts include dry mount, gator foam, masonite, magnetic back, canvas, and canvas stretcher.

What do you recommend for calibrating my monitor?
Monitor calibration is an important step in ensuring that your images are viewed appropriately. We recommend Monaco Optix XR Pro for calibrating your monitor.

Do you supply a printer profile for soft proofing?
Yes. The profile provided can be downloaded for use with Adobe® Photoshop® soft proofing. Used in conjunction with a calibrated monitor, the profile works as a guide for previewing the final print if ordered without color corrections. It is important to note that images viewed on a monitor will never completely match the final print due to the difference in color gamut and the reflective light when viewing a print as opposed to the light being transmitted from behind your screen. In general, prints will appear darker and less saturated than they look on the screen.

>> Download collagesColor soft proofing profile.

What color space should I submit my files in?
Files submitted for collagesColor traditional printing should be in the sRGB color space. Files with an embedded profile other than sRGB may yield a print with inaccurate or unsatisfactory color tones.
