Collages.net is the complete workflow solution for professional photographers. Our service makes posting event and wedding images online, selling images, and professionally printing pictures fast and simple. Collages.net also offers a full product line including gallery wraps, albums, hard cover books, soft cover books, DVD slide shows, and professional printing.
- How can Collages.net benefit my studio?

- Can I use Collages.net for all my photographic events?
Yes. Collages.net is designed to enhance every occasion including weddings, portrait sessions, sporting events, special events, reunions, Bar or Bat Mitzvahs, corporate events, or parties.
- What kind of support do you offer for professional photographers?
Collages.net Customer Service is available for Collages.net photographers regardless of their service plan. Customer Service is available 8:30 AM-8:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. You can reach Customer Service by phone at (877) 638-7468 or by e-mail at customerservice@collages.net.
- How much does this service cost?
Please visit our Service Plans tab for complete details on Collages.net’s three service plans. There is a 15% commission (12% service fee + 3% credit card processing fee) on all orders placed by customers through the website.
- Can I set my own prices?
Yes. With Collages.net, you are in control. You determine the price of every print and product that you offer.
- What are my options for fulfilling orders placed on Collages.net?
As a professional photographer using Collages.net, you have the flexibility of choosing to fulfill orders through collagesColor™ Pro Photo Lab or another professional lab.
- How often will I be paid from reprint orders placed on Collages.net?
Profits are deposited in your bank account weekly through our Direct Deposit system.
- I am currently using a Mac. Can I use Collages.net’s service?
Collages.net is Mac friendly. Mac users can use the all-new FTP tool through the Web Workflow solution to upload images to Collages.net. At this time, the Express Workflow and Full Service Workflow are unavailable for Mac computers.
- How will event guests know about viewing the images?
Collages.net has a comprehensive marketing program that allows photographers to collect e-mail addresses from event guests in creative, non-intrusive ways. Contact a Collages.net Customer Service Representative to learn more about our techniques.
- Are there any membership fees or contracts?
No. Signing up for Collages.net is free and we’ll let you try our service for free.
- How long are images available online?
Event sites are active for 60 days. Members with a Yearly Subscription enjoy the option of 90-day sites. Event websites can be extended for longer periods for a small fee by the photographer or an event guest.
