After receiving the username and password, please visit www.collages.net, and enter the provided login information.
- When I attempt to log in to an event site, a Site is Not Active message appears.
The site has not been posted by the photographer yet. Please leave your e-mail address, and you will be notified when the site is launched.
- I am having trouble logging on to a site.
Please make sure that you are using Internet Explorer if you are on a PC or Safari if you are using a Mac. Please check to make sure that you have an updated version of Macromedia Flash player. To do so, please go to www.adobe.com and go the 'Downloads' button in the gray task bar at the top of the page. This will bring you to a page where you can select the free download of Macromedia Flash Player. Downloading this will update any current version of Flash that you have currently on your computer. We also suggest clearing your cache. This is done on a PC by locating opening an Internet Explorer window, and finding the tool menu then selecting internet options. Locate the Temporary Internet files, and hit delete cookies and delete files. Then select okay. Please close all windows and reopen. This is done on a Mac by locating your Safari menu and selecting clear cache.
- I have a gift certificate. How do I redeem it on your website?
In the final stage of checking out, please make sure you enter the gift certificate code in the payment information. Once you enter the gift certificate code, your total will recalculate. If there is a remaining balance to be paid, it will be charged to your credit card.
- How do I order pictures from your site?
After choosing the image you want to order, select the small box in the upper left corner of the thumbnail. Then click Selected Photo Options and Order Prints (or Purchase). You will be prompted to associate a size and quantity with the image. When proceeding to check out please remember to associate a size with the image. After filling out the shipping and billing information, review your order for accuracy. After you review the order and click confirm, your order will be processed by a professional color lab.
- Can I still place an order once the site has expired?
To place an order on an expired site, you will need to extend the event or call the photographer to see if the event can be extended for you.
- My credit card was charged by your company when I ordered pictures. Where is my order?
Please contact your photographer regarding the status of your reprint order. The photographer’s information can be found in the bottom left hand corner of the event site from which you ordered.
- Where are the images I put in my favorites folder?
Your favorites folder is linked to the e-mail entered when you log onto the site. The folder will only appear when you log in with the same e-mail address that you were logged in with when you originally added images to the folder. Once an order has been placed, the favorites folder clears.
- I do not see the pictures that I was looking for. Where can I find them?
Please contact the photographer; he or she is responsible for which images are posted.
- How do I let my photographer know which images I would like to order for my pre-paid package?
Please contact your photographer concerning pre-paid packages and how the order should be placed.
- I do not want my order anymore. How do I get a refund?
