Customize the text in your event notification e-mails |
To further promote your studio,
direct clients to your website,
or compose a more personal
message, Collages.net offers you
the opportunity to customize the
text in your event notification
e-mails.
Many photographers use this tool
to write more personal messages
or include custom instructions
for their clients. However, when
you customize your e-mails, the
“view photos” link is
automatically removed; thus,
please make sure that in your
message, you direct your clients
to a URL, whether it is
www.collages.net or your studio
website.
Accordingly, many photographers
utilize this device to direct
their clients to their studio
website, enabling clients to log
into their event site through
their studio homepage. This is a
great promotional tool, as it
significantly increases website
traffic and studio exposure. If
you have not yet linked your
Collages.net events to your
studio’s homepage and are
interested in doing so, please
contact Customer Service at
(877) 638-7468.
When you tailor your event
notification e-mails, they are
modified in this manner for all
events, not on a per event
basis. To customize your
notifications, simply log into
your Admin Area, select Account
Manager, and locate Custom Guest
E-mail Instructions.
*Please also note when you
create a new, custom-made
message, it only applies to
future events.
